Tennis Outaouais Performance offers a full range of recreational programs focused on three key principles: having fun, learning and succeeding. Whether for juniors from 3 to 17 years old or for adult beginners to intermediate, Tennis Outaouais Performance offers various courses throughout the year.
Tennis Outaouais Performance offers indoor classes at the Sporthèque (72 Jean-Proulx, Gatineau) from September to June. In addition, outdoor courses are also offered from May to August in the various parks in the Hull sector of the City of Gatineau.
Tennis Outaouais Performance offers group lessons (beginner to intermediate), thematic clinics, private lessons (all levels) as well as tournaments and evening activities.
Please contact us for more information on private lessons, tournaments and evening activities.
Tennis Outaouais Performance's recreational programs are designed for all ages of junior players ranging from 3 to 4-year-olds (accompanied by a parent), then children from 5 to 12 years old who want to learn tennis or progress in this sport, all the way up to 13 to 17-year-olds who want to master the game - all the while having fun.
Children and young tennis lovers learn specific basic physical skills (e.g. hand-eye coordination for the youngest), the different racket grips, technical phases such as preparation and point impact, various technical moves (e.g. volley, serve, return from service, ground shots and smash), decision-making adapted to five-game situations, etc.
Our goal: to do everything to ensure that our students have fun learning and succeeding.
