What should my child wear when on the tennis course?

Your child must be in comfortable sports clothes to play tennis. He/she must wear indoor sneakers (no boots or sandals accepted). Long hair must be tied up. If the lessons are outside, don't forget sunscreen and a cap if necessary.

What should my child bring for tennis courses?

Your child must bring their tennis racket and bottle of water.

Where to buy a suitable tennis racket?

You can buy a tennis racket at the Sporthèque store (Boutique Au Service). They can advise you on the appropriate size of racket for your child's level of play, as well as their size.

How long before the course should my child arrive?

It is preferable to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the lesson so that the child is ready to go on the grounds when their group is called.

Can I attend my child's tennis courses?

Absolutely, you can stay and attend your child's course. If the class is at the Sporthèque, you stay in the bistro. If the course is outdoors, we suggest that you bring a chair to settle off the field, on the pavement or on the lawn.

When will I receive my tax receipt?

You are asked to keep your registration receipt as it will serve as your tax receipt. No other receipt will be sent.

Does my child receive something at the end of the session?

We do not award diplomas at the end of the sessions. Children move through groups to suit  their level and will continue to practise similar exercises adapted to their level of play.

What is the refund policy?

We reimburse the remaining courses, less an administrative fee of 10% of the remaining courses for a maximum of $50.
